1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Horen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

2. Use of the Service

Horen provides AI-powered music creation tools for personal and commercial use, subject to the plan, quota, and feature limits associated with your account. Commercial use of generated songs is only permitted under a paid subscription plan (Starter, Plus, or Ultra). Users on the free plan may generate songs for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree to use the service responsibly and not to upload, generate, distribute, or promote content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

If you request account deletion, it takes effect immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days.

4. Generated Content and Intellectual Property

As between you and Horen, you retain ownership of the prompts, files, and other materials you submit to the service, subject to any rights needed for us to operate, maintain, and improve the platform.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Horen grants you a license to use, reproduce, and distribute the songs you generate through the service. Users on a paid plan (Starter, Plus, or Ultra) receive a license that includes commercial use. Users on the free plan receive a personal, non-commercial license only.

Horen's AI was trained exclusively on music for which the necessary rights were obtained. You may not use the service to generate songs that reproduce, closely imitate, or are derived from existing copyrighted recordings. Except where prohibited by law or by third-party rights, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated outputs complies with applicable intellectual property, publicity, and licensing rules.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features may require a subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and included usage are described at the time of purchase and may change prospectively.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Unused quota does not carry over between quota reset periods (daily for free accounts, weekly for paid plans).

You must cancel any active paid subscription before requesting account deletion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation, bypass usage limits, scrape protected data, or use automated means to access the platform in a way that causes harm or instability.

You may not use Horen to create or distribute content that violates the rights of others or that could reasonably expose people or organizations to fraud, harassment, or safety risks.

You may not attempt to generate songs that reproduce or closely imitate existing copyrighted commercial recordings, including by crafting prompts designed to replicate a specific artist's voice, style, or a protected composition. Any such use is strictly prohibited regardless of your subscription plan.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Horen if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created legal risk, or threatened the security or reliability of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after your access ends.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Horen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that generated content will be fit for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horen and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date below.

Your continued use of Horen after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
